Any content you create or store within our applications remains entirely yours. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to, claim ownership of, or bear responsibility for your content. You are solely responsible for any data you create or store within the App.
Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siyuan Zhong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Our applications may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Analytics. By using our apps, you also agree to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. Please review their respective terms and policies for more information.
Our applications may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The content and availability of ads are controlled by Google and its advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed within the App. You acknowledge that ads may be targeted based on data collected by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
If you downloaded our App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
